Everything from the monstrous shape of his face, to the rugged, pasty white skin, the large hellish smile and knobbly tongue over yellowed sharp teeth... and that frown, those dark eyes! It's like I'm staring into the face of the devil himself.
All I can say, sir, is Bravo.. BRAVO!

Wow..this is just amazing. Whats weird is Ive always passed this picture on Google, which always led to another site and Ive always stared at it for awhile just looking at all the detail put into it. He looks completely real..like its a photograph. I finally get to know who did it! Anyways, nice job. Im sure all Joker fans definitely love this, I do!
